AT CLARK WE ALWAYS CONSIDER THE COMMUNITIES IN WHICH WE ARE DEVELOPING, BUT WE DON’T DO IT BECAUSE IT IS A REQUIREMENT. IT’S BECAUSE WE HAVE PASSIONATE PEOPLE THAT CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS AND CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY DO.

Working with the community gets a lot of attention at Clark. In my case, I was never told to integrate the community into this particular project. I care about this project and I want to do the best I can. There is a general sense of our team members being aware of the community around them and wanting to interact with the community. To me, it seems that is different from most real estate companies.
