SOUTHWEST Help Desk Technician - San Diego Office Clark Realty Capital, a multi-million dollar real estate and construction firm headquartered in Arlington, VA, is seeking a Help Desk Technician for its San Diego, CA office to respond to help desk inquiries for 400+ end users and assist in the daily operations and maintenance of IT systems. The Help Desk Support Technician will: respond to telephone, email, and personal requests for technical support; identify, research, and resolve technical issues; document, track, and monitor technical issues to ensure timely resolution; perform hardware and software installation and setup; maintain, analyze, repair, upgrade and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software; and perform end user training. Candidate's must have a four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (information technology, computer science, or related major is a plus, but not necessary). Candidates looking to transition into the technology field are welcome to apply if they have demonstrated a solid background with at least 1-2 years of experience working for the same employer and a four-year degree from a reputable university.
